I gave Sam Malone one hour and I had to turn him off. I don't know how you thing you gained more listeners when everyone I know that listened to you guys has left since this happened. I have not listened to 96.5 since and will not until Roula and Ryan return.

I changed from 104 to 96.5 because of Rula, Ryan & Eric. They were the best. I cannot believe that we, the listeners, who keep you in business, had no warning that your DJs and format was going to change. I know you have lost thousands of listeners and will continue to do so. You had a good thing with your morning show, now it SUCKS basically. Natalie is horrible, all she does is laugh. Your morning show was making me sick in the morning as I tried to listen to it and give it a chance. But that lasted maybe 2 days. My lawfirm also no longer plays 96.5 as their radio station because of this change. GET THEM BACK!!!!!
Roula and Ryan were always very entertaining. I stopped listening to 104 because I was sick and tired of Sam Malone talking about his spoiled rotten kid and his wife,the "princess". We want Roula and Ryan back!!!

ClearChannel did it again!!! They screwed us out of Jim Pruett on Rock101 and now they taken away Roula and Ryan. I'm not sure that they understand the true meaning of GOOD morning radio, do you? I have tried to give the NEW (yuck) 96.5 a chance, but I can't go on listening anymore.

I am not sure exactly what happene but I listen to Roula & Ryan & Eric each morning going to work and now Sam Malone from 104 is there.. I cannot stand listening to him. His voice is awful.. I enjoyed listening to Roula,Ryan & Eric. They got my day off to a good start. I have no choice but to move to another station. This was a really stupid move for Clear Channel.

It is difficult to find radio people that you can identify with... and I had found it in Roula and Ryan. We (The entire office) feel empty in the mornings without them... why a change??? They are much better.. Shame on you MIX 96.5!! Seems like this is about money and not about your listeners. Whish you well, I will move back to satellite radio until they come back.
I switched from 104 because I couldn't stand SAM MALONE. I found Roula and Ryan and absolutely loved them. I tuned in every single morning, even tuned them in at work. I was stunned when they weren't on the air in the a.m. anylonger only to be replaced by SAM MALONE??? BAD! BAD! choice/move. I haven't tuned in since Roula and Ryan were taken off. They were absolutely great! I won't be listening any longer unless it's listening to Roula and Ryan.
There is no way that Sam Malone could take the place of Roula and Ryan. My entire vanpool of 11 has agreed to boycott 95.5 during our ride to work and on our personal time.

Sam Malone is droll, boring, and STALE AIR! I was a loyal listener of Roula and Ryan for a long time. They were the most entertaining morning show on the air. I've switched to 610 AM now since there isn't anyone on anymore.
I loved the R&R show and miss them. I hated Sam on 104 and now I don't listen to 96.5 at all. I've asked all my co-workers, family and friends to do the same.

What were they thinking, apparently not about ratings, because I can assure you the ratings are as low as they can go. Roula and Ryan will be Clear Channels greatest loss and some other radio channels greatest find because they were the best morning show in the world.
Sam and Natatlie are the worst morning show ever. R&R made my long trip to work every morning fun, and I always got to work in a good mood. I had to find a new Radio Station to listen to in the morning now; Rod Ryan is good but they aren't Roula and Ryan. I am no longer a loyal listener to 96.5 I switched to 94.5 until Roula and Ryan get another morning show. Put them back on the air!!!!!!
I also received a form letter. Our van pool of 15 riders has made the switch to 94.5. We cannot stand Sam Malone. He is awful and his female sidekicks voice is the worst!
I have been a faithful Roula & Ryan listener for a long while now, I now live in Central Texas and after I moved out of Houston last February I continued to listen to the Roula $ Ryan show every morning by internet because no other morning show even compared to them. They had the best show. 96.5 was my favorite station but I will no longer listen this station as there is no point. I can't believe you took them off the air!!!!!!!!!! PUT THEM BACK ON THE AIR and you will win your audience back...radio station is about the listeners without us as listeners you might as well just pull the plug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't listen to KHMX anymore. Got a "form letter" response email from Buddy to give Sam a try, which I did, but just can't listen anymore. He is so boring and fake. Couldn't listen to him on KRBE and still can't on KHMX. Bring back R&R!

When Sam left 104 the plans were already formed for him to take over 96.5 despite how successful R & R were. The team was lied to by Clear Channel over and over again and basically manipulated. Used, abused and thrown out the door. Now they are off Houston radio for at least 4 months because of a contract. But expect them back somewhere on your dial kicking some Sam Malone butt in the morning. Because these guys rock at what they do.
I can't believe that they took Roula & Ryan (and Eric) off the air. What a totally imbecile move on part of the program directors to remove the best morning show duo (trio) on the air from the air-waves. I was a faithful listener to 96.5, even before R&R brought their entertaining personalities to the station. I must say they are 100 times better then their predicessor's ever were and I enjoy them almost more then the station I listened to before I moved here. Clearchannel has ruined a.m. radio. I am now relegated to listening to Talk Radio or "the Point". Sam Malone is booooorrrrrrring and his side-kick sounds like a giddy school girl. I listened for about 5 minutes the first day he was on and had to change stations. This new "so-called" morning show is about as lame as watching the WB network and about as painful as pissing on an electric fence. If I have to hear "See Ya" on more time I'm going to puke. Sam is a rude idiot, met him years ago at a hotel trying to act like a big celebrity. I think his new partner, Natalie, used to do the traffic for R&R&E.
