Runescape accounts being permanently banned

Everyday, people do something bad. Some get caughtand some get away with it. I am a Runescape member who has been permanently banned. Why? For password scamming. Yes , I think I deserve getting banned, but not permanently. I have seen so many players in Runescape scam, curse, and break every sing rule in Runescape. Do they get banned? No. I don't like tobe a snitch and I honestly think being a moderator takes a lot of responsibility. That is why I built my own Runescape website and forum. My point is some people get caught scamming and there are some people who ignore scammers and don't report them or are just tool lazy. I do report people who try to make Runescape a bad game. I apologize to Jagex for password scamming. I realize that I did something wrong and that I should have thought about my actions before I did them. Runescape is the best Java game on the internet, all JAgex does is bann people. That means the more people they bann, the fewer people that play on Runescape. There should be consequences, but not to kick people off the game they love to play.
