Actually, with the things that have been possible in the past. Changing stats doesn't seem that far fetched, at least it used to not be. Now it is after they beefed up security after the item dupes, if you don't know how that was done then...well, basically they created an item out of thin air. I could explain in detail but would take too long. If this was way way in the past when runescape was a growing game still then it would have been believable, but now....no, its a scam. Don't trust them. Never give your username/password to anybody =/
