I support this petition. As a matter of fact I have had my Motorhome for 8 months and its been in the shop for 4 of those months, and is in there right now. Next week will be 2 months straight.
I support this petition wholehartedly. You have to come down hard on manufacturers to receive a justified warranty claim. Even in the plumbing and heating industry this is true. I am a licensed Master Plumber and have been there and done that for my customers.
Action of this type is long over due. Quality must improve immediately. It took me 1-1/2 years to get all the defects worked out and I did a large share of them because the dealer's repairmen caused more damage when trying to make repairs. I shudder when taking it for repair, for fear of what they may do and try to cover up.
