SOS - Save Our SAM!
SAM (Squamish Axe Man) has become a Squamish icon to locals and visitors alike. Any day, rain or shine SAM is welcoming people to Squamish and will gladly have his picture taken with anyone who stops in at the Adventure Centre.
Recently Squamish Days, SAM's caretakers, have been asked to remove SAM from his home at the Adventure Centre. He will be able to come back for a summer visit from July 2nd until shortly after the Squamish Days Festival.
If you would like to see the Adventure Centre become SAM's permanent home, please sign this position and let the District of Squamish know how much you love SAM!.
