Who would be that stupid to let a bunch of random creepy people into facebook. Facebook now is a way fro college kids to interact with having to worry about college student impersonators. I mean come on does facebook want to get negatvie feed back from the media on the news beacuse it opened its site to the many perverts in this world.
HELL NO, it shouldn't be open to all. The security that I feel about facebook will be gone. Facebook allows students, most under the age of 18, to remain secluded from the threats of the world such as internet stalkers and such. This could become just another MySpace want-to-be instead of the facinating Facebook I know and love. Facebook should remember the audience that it is established with.
Facebook will loose all unique qualities once it goes public. Myspace would be better because of the way they let you personalize your profile. I like facebook BECAUSE I know everyone can't get on.
public facebook would be HORRIBLE. it would crowd the website and make the connections and networks so large that they would become almost meaningsless to be apart of. myspace is unattractive, offensive and so large it is impossible to try to search for anyone you dont already directly know. its not fun!! please facebook, i love you, dont change!!!
If some 10 year old or 50 year old wants to join facebook...tell them to join myspace...since they'll both be the same thing pretty soon. Facebook is selling out!!
