The MAIN draw of facebook is its exclusivity. The owner's main concern seems to be that friends of people out of college cannot join facebook. Nearly anyone who went to college can get an alumni forwarding address. I got one for a school I only went to for 1 semester. There are better ways to open the site to post-graduates than to go entirely public. Email is so pervasive that it's hard to have a job without a company email address. Focus more on adding accepted companies. Facebook needs to keep it's main selling point: an exclusive user base of "accomplished" people. People on facebook don't want any "Riff-raffs" contacting them.
