I agree. They can't make facebook public. Then we will have to worry about stupid online preditors and crap like that. Please keep it the way it is/was.
facebook should stay closed. by keeping it closed we all are safer and have a better chance of not being stalked or hurt by people who use the websites like myspace for the wrong reasons.
students looked to facebook as a place where only college students may communicate. that's what made it stand out from the rest of the networking communities. we should keep it that way.
Facebook should not sell out! I liked it that only college students were allowed. It made it more personal and it made it seem a little more confidential. Now that they are going public, information is avaiable to anyone! Facebook is going to turn into another MySpace. I hope that they realize that money isn't always the solution and listen to the requests of the public, the people that want facebook to stay the same.
If you do this, it will turn into another place for scary middle aged men in a college area to freak out the students. Please dont do this. We like our student privacy.
