Hello everyone. You may or may not know me. I'm known at mediaminer.org and fanfiction.net as DemonWolf14.

Note: Flamers...just...leave...before I get pissed. Also another thing Get. A. Life. And also think for minute about how you would feel if ALL of your favorite fanfiction sites were to delete ALL yaoi/yuri and fics with OC's in them. How would you feel?

Ok on with more important issues!

At Mediaminer.org they have said that CYOAs are NOT fanfics. Since WHEN does mediaminer.org have the right to say what and what is not a fanficition? It's like saying William Shakespeare wasn't a poet.

Some of MY back up arguements are as follows:

1. Cyoa's are written by FANS and are FICTION. THe ONLY thing that isn't fictional is the readers idenity. Unless the author makes an idenity for the reader.

2. Think back when blacks and whites weren't allowed to go to the same schools or ride on the same buses or something. It's called segregation people. Mediaminer.org has commited this by allowing CYOA stories ONLY in a forum which does not only any lemon scenes or anything with the genre of Hentai in other words.

3. There is really not ANY reason other than that of an opinion of a person that a reader should hate CYOAs. They ARE real fanfics. And we authors/authoresses have worked JUST as hard as any other writer.

4. I don't like yaoi and yuri but I sure as hell wouldn't go and start saying that they should be deleted. People have rights you know.

5. For those of us who do live in the U.S of A it is written in the constitution that we have a right to write what we want. It's in the first amendment:

"Amendment 1

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free excercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceable to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Translation: That amendment means FREEDOM of religion, speech, PRESS, petition and assembly. Thus I being an American have my rights as one to write what I want. And opinions don't count as a reason for backing up any of your arguement on this so shut it.

Those are my back ups if anyone would like to see what goes against there agruements and such.
