PCA, if the contract with Paragon is in the 3rd year of a 25 year lease term, how can you breach this contract legally? If you have an excape clause, shouldn't you compensate the owners of PAP for the potential lost revenue not recognized due to your contract termination. Perhaps offer PAP owners some land to keep the park open. Something is better than nothing. This is the only place around to go off road legally. Thoughts are welcome. I am just curious where in the lease documentation is your disclaimer that stated that at any time, you can breach the contract without suitable compensation to the PAP owners.
