Obviously this is one of the largest motorized recreation attractions in the East. Closing would be a disservice to not only the operators, but the sport as a whole. With the availability of public land to trail ride on the the Northeast becoming increasingly scarce, places like Paragon AP are one of the bright shining spots for those that choose to wheel and ride responsibly.
I dont understand the difficulty in workwing with the existant tenant. He is a great guy, and very responsible. This is just another example of money/greed/corporate fraud, and just so happens to fall in OUR hobby, one that I have an absolute passion for. Show these guys that money isnt what will prevail, what is right will prevail.
Closing down a viable business on the threat of a lease violation is pretty lame at best.At the worst it sets a precident that a viable business is at risk at the whim of the leaser.
Save Paragon! Closing this will inevitably hurt the local economy and push offroading to unmanaged areas thus hurting the environment as well. Keep PAP OPEN!!!
Paragon Adventue Park is a family oriented, legal place to 4 wheel in PA. It is one of the few on the east coast, due to land closures. Many businesses would be affected in the Hazleton area and across the state. People who wheel spend a lot of money on their rigs with specialty shops close to where they live.
Closing Paragon will hurt alot of people, kids and business! Not to mention the land that will suffer due to lack of wheelin Parks and areas!! Some people will make there own trails where they shouldn't! Keep it OPEN Please!!!!
Although I have never been there, I would like to do so in the future, that means keeping open one of the few legal places to ride in PA. Finding a place to ride and not getting hastled is becoming harder and harder with each passing year.
Why develop every last bit of land? How many people take pictures of supersized warehouses to hang in their livingroom?
We all enjoy the outdoors in its natural setting. Please keep it open.
Stop raping the land for business. Let the people enjoy what they have in their community & don't forget all the other people that come to visit bringing you money into your economy. You signed a contract now abide by it!
3 years into a 25 year lease agreement, this would be a terrible shame to loose their land and business because land owner found out he can sell land for more profit. they should have done that research before signing new lease. now, too bad, so sad, too late. HONOR YOUR SIGNATURE!this is a very black move on PCA Corp's part
