Paragon was created as a legal place to promote the offroading community and do away with the stereotypes that abound this hobby/sport. In giving us a place to wheel, it has allowed us to not only keep people out of trouble and stop destroying land, it has brought in valuable $$$'s to the Hazelton community itself.
Conserving our natural resources is more important than making money. You can't create more land. There is only so much on this earth, and once it's gone, it's gone for good.
The benifits of this type of park has no price tag it gives education and experence to those who are in a position to help others. knowing how your vehicel handles under extream conditions saves live. Paragon has devoted so much to the hobby and given to the commuinity in the mid-alantic states. please allow this park to contuine doing what it does best.
Activities such as this is what kept me and my friends away from drugs and other illegal activities. Being involved in something positive should be viewed as much different then it has been. I am in FULL support of this issue.
If you want to close down an ORV park, you are supporting illegal activity, since where else can a 4x4 run free? Your local park? Your yard? Keep the parks open!
Keep Paragon open! Its one of the last leagal places in PA that can be used by the off-road community leagally! Take it down and expect us to end up on your private lands, its not a threat its a given.
Paragon brings much needed recreation to the area. It floods the local economy in many way's with $$$. It is a true asset to the area. It is also one of the few offroad parks on the East Coast. Kyle has made Paragon a "world class" offroad park and a family orientated business...I was hoping to teach my son to drive there. Please keep the park open, folks from Canada to Virginia frequet the park, it is one of the few area's of it's kind on the East Coast. I have met families with younf kids there, all the way up to an 87 year old gentleman, is is a place that brings people from all backrounds for good clean fun...I used to backpack, canoe, rappel etc. till a another driver almost killed me in 1993, now Paragon keeps me in the wilderness....Please don't let this world class offroad park close....
Please keep this place open, if it is lost it will impact the sport (offroading) on the eat coast in a big way! Its hard enough to find a legal, legit place to wheel as it is :(
My friends and I drive 3 hours from NY just to get to Paragon, which is one of the few legal places left to wheel in the North East. Paragon is a very well managed, organized, and safe environment including; scenic trails, natural campgrounds, and an amazing group of people.
please keep it open, Paragon is one of the few remaining parks open to 4-wheelers, people cant seem to figure out that off-road parks attract buisiness for the sarrounding buisnesses as well.
I AGREE WITH MIKE...
Paragon Adventure Park is an important part of thefour-wheel drive community in the Northeast. Manyclubs and individuals flock to it for 4 wheelingadventure and camaraderie.
Losing a placelike Paragon would be a major loss forPennsylvania and particularity the community whereit is located. When we go to Paragon we buy gas, rent campsites buy food etc etc. which supportsthe locals. Paragon also is a great help inkeeping illegal wheeling in check by offering adedicated site for all levels of 4-wheel fun.People from all over the northeast know of it andfrequent it’s trails.
Honestly, what else could possibly be done with that land? It's already been mined out, probably contaminated with mining wastes, and on top of that, it's an ugly place. Do we REALLY need more townhouses?
How about we keep at least a FEW places where people can actually go offroad and enjoy themselves....
Closing Paragon will only lead to more illegal four wheeling.
Please leave these public grounds available to the public. Outdoor recreation is a way of life for many Americans. City isn't for everyone, nor is sitting on the couch. Lands like this provide recreation and enjoyment for many family and friends, not to mention a huge hobby-offroading.thank you
Paragon provides a healthy outdoor form of recreation that should remain open. This is a family-friendly and fun sport that deserves help to keep it open!

If paragon were to be shut down it would be an enormous loss to an activity which brings a lot of people together. We're not destroying anything and its a way for off-roaders to enjoy their hobby. Dont shut it down!!!
