Closing a legal place to take vehicles off-road will only cause those same people to drive anywhere they can find good terrain, which probably means finding private property. Keep it open!
With out safe legal place for people to enjoy, there will be more people getting hurt. People will be forced to find other places to wheel, places that are not as well regulated. The land will sufer.
The group running the park have proven to be good stewards of the land and provided a great economic boost to the community. I feel the lease should be honored and the park stay open for off roaders.
Closing a park like this will give way to illegal 4wheeling on private land that isn't open to the public, among other things. No matter how much money is made if industry steps in, it will not replace the money nor the interactment of 4wheelers and their faimilies with your community! As someone who has yet to visit the park, I would like it kept open so I can come and enjoy it with friends and hopefully meet new friends while there.
Please keep the park open, I live in NE Ohio and have visited it in the past and was looking forward to visiting it several times this coming summer. Without it all the neiboring stores and campgrounds will be out of business
Great places to wheel are becoming harder to find, please consider that this one is not only important to the wheeling community, but the local community too.
With such limited opportunities in the North East, it is critical this park stay open! PCA should be a good corporation, and community member by atleast honoring there lease.
I am new to the sport . My family and I go to Paragon at least six a dozen time a year . Don't destroy a Family Friendly place like this , There are so few left ..
I am an avid offroader that takes 3 weeks vacation a year traveling to different OHV parks. I have attended Paragon and would return in the future if there is a future for this challenging OHV venue.
Paragon Adventure Park helps so many in so many ways. It helps keep restaurants and hotels full, as well as keeping offroad vehicles wheeling a legal area. Please don't take this great park away from those who love it. There aren't enough offroad parks as it is.
Off road motorcycling is a sport thousands of American families enjoy; we NEED a legal place to ride! Millions spent on soccer/baseball/football fields, basketball and tennis courts.. How about SHARING some of the $$$ to keep places like PARAGON open for the AMERICAN kids who prefer the "X-Games sports" over the "old" ball sports??? PARAGON is our "court"...
Our family spends thousands of $$ each year on this sport.. a lot of this goes to the local economy around Hazleton...
