Unfortunately when large, powerful corporations are involved, it seems they have no need to honor contracts that they sign. Courts will favor their dishonesty in most cases. The little guy gets stepped on again. WHYIZZAT?

The public and state governments need to be aware this Park enable and prevents many illegal wheeling activities and keeps off road enthusiasts responsible and legal.

As most off-road enthusiasts will tell you, conservation is key in keeping the sport alive. We have to take care of the land and keep it clean, but not everyone abides by this code. Places like Paragon give us a controlled environment in which to do what we do. It's a place where the wilderness remains wild - and clean. Above all, it's a safe place to do a dangerous thing. Don't let something like this slip away.

Paragon is really the only legal offroad park within a day's drive of New York State that's worth going to. Please don't close it! Paragon brings so much money into the Hazleton area via out-of-towners; it'd really be a bad idea to shut it down.

Paragon is one of the most amazing and spectacular places on the east cost and offers so much to the offroading community, its a shame development is taking up treasures such as this. I had hoped to be able to bring my daughter there when she is old enough to enjoy it as much as me.
