Once again we see that the rules do not apply if you have money. I hope the courts rule correctly and we do not lose such a resource on the east coast. Offroad sports seem to be becomming the skateboarding the 2000's
We need Paragon Adventure Park to allow for safe and supervised use of off-road vehicles. I believe that Pennsylvania DCNR should also help support keeping Paragon Adventure Park available as a location were the citizens of this Commonwealth can use their vehicles!
This offroad park is the only legal place people in this area have to go. If it is taken away not only will responsible wheelers lose out but so will all the local merchants. Save PAP!
Clubs from all over the country visit this park, Rally the troops, put up the money, and buy Paragon so it can be owned and operated by 4x4 enthusiasts.
I have been going to the park, with family, for years. Everyone talks about family values, keeping kids off the streets and spending time together. Let's not lose this opportunity for spening time with family.
I live near Buffalo, NY and visited Paragon for the first time in early January. I met other people from NY, NJ and OH. People visit from all over the country and really give some exposure to the local economy. I plan on making the trip at least a couple of times per year.
