Please make every effort to keep paragon open, It is the only place to go where you can ride legally. It is going to make alot of people turn to illegal riding, since there is no where left to go. I ride with my family and it would be a great loss if it closed.
Paragon Adventure Park is the largest private and legal offroading park in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region of the country. PAP brings thousands of such enthusiasts into the greater Hazleton area all year long, bringing tourism business to many sectors including lodging, food, entertainment, fuel, and mechanical repair.
These tourism dollars go on for years, unlike the selling of land which is a one time profit generally made by one individual. Think about it tourism brings money to the whole community. Surely there is another area that can be developed into more housing and such.

Please keep PAP open. I've been riding here for 5 years and having a private park for this sport is a must.If you close it will put thousands of riders with no where to ride.
With all the Nat'l activities for "Green Acres" the preservation and use of this land should be developed further. Not eliminated for speculation on future development.
closing paragon will end up in some people just wheeling where ever they please, legal or not, plus paragon brings money into your state, i plan on driving from cincy ohio to wheel there cause of what ive heard and saw
I have not yet been there but I would like to be able to once I get the chance. Unfortunately the future of fourwheeling will be on private land. Paragon is a pioneer in this area.
I have met so many amazing people at PAP...It's an awesome community and I can't imagine what my husband and I will do if we are not able to hang with our friends and enjoy a weekend of friendship and off-roading
At 17 years old I have just started to enjoy offroading as a hobby. Paragon Adventure Park has made this possible and it should remain open so people like myself can continue to enjoy the sport legally.
have been going to PAP for years(remember the old entrance)and have never had a bad ride no matter what the weather. It is one of the only places where you can ride in this area. Please don't close it
Geee I've been to Paragon 2 years ago with a couple of People from Michiganjeepers. We had a blast! It makes me sad to see that people want to shut down this American Adventure that shows how awesome this country is.
Please keep Paragon up and running.
Thanks,
Ali
PAP is the foremost place to go. I have only been there 2x but I am biulding a buggy with a buddy. A lease is there to protect the resident as much as the owners... the owners should realize they promised to rent out this land for 25 yrs!
While the number of offroad capable vehicles is growing, places to ride or drive are slowly disappearing, I have to drive 1h30mn to get to Paragon but it's totally worth it. More and more people enjoy their hobby in this type of Park, a majority of them with a responsible attitude toward the environment and other users. If they like it,I also plan on taking my kids riding when they're old enough as this is the ultimate family fun.
I was just at PAP this past weekend. I had a great time. I hope the local businesses are concerned since a percentage of their business comes from PAP visitors.
