The ability to take care of our kids without laws has already been taken away...now they want to take away their adventures and outdoor family experiences too!
i think we have enough development in this country! Perhaps the developers would do better to reclaim some urban plight area instead and leave the natural spaces alone.
This is one of the few remaining places left where we can still legally operate offroad vehicles. Nobody cares when the land was useless remains of mining, but now that there's money to be made the little guy loses.
It would be a real shame to loose this place for the offroad community. Takin away private parks only leads to people using public spaces and causing conflicts with the public. KEEP THE PARK OPEN PLEASE!
There are few hobbies left that a father and son can do together, but working/wheeling/camping is one that we both enjoy. Hope Paragon stays open so we can continue to enjoy it through generations of our children.

Seems to me that more and more of these parks are shutting down daily. Where and the hell do they expect us avid off-roaders to go?

Please don't close. This is the perfect place for for us humans to do what we enjoy. Don't take this place away, what else will we do? This will push people to the brink and end with negative results. Thats how I feel.
I know that the owner of the land has the wright to sell the land. But he shuld buy out the current contrack. That would let them to buy some land someware else.
This stinks of political connections and greed. Residents and neighbors should consider the possibility that a Big Cargo Airport = Target for Terrorists! Keep it out of PA!
There are not enough legal places to off-road in the north east. And really, what else is in Hazelton? This is a worthy petition, but this is all out of our hands once the lawyers get ahold of the contract. Good luck Paragon!
Unfortunately the OHV community will not be the only ones losing something, but also the businesses nearby. Hotels and restaurants, gas stations and parts stores...
