This park brings in much needed tourist revenue to the Hazelton area. Close this, and Hazelton reverts back to being just a gas station and another dead Pennsylvania town.
Love the Park, enjoy every event attended. I also support many local business such as motels, campgrounds, autopartstore s,local welding shops, restaurants and fastmarts. I would would hate to see it close. Hang on to that lease agreement!
The loss of PAP would not only affect the local community. Many businesses across the country will be adversely affected by the loss of yet another safe, legal place for offroad enthusiasts to enjoy their hobby.
I spend a great deal of time and money in the hazelton area including food lodging, supplies. The Paragon AP is a family get away for us. I stongly support this petition.
Keep the park open! natural land preserved with just a few rough trails cut through it is far better than any type of "development" that may be done to it.
Closing Paragon Adventure Park would have a devastating impact on organized off-road recreation in the North-East region. Growing number of law-obiding enthusiasts (in many cases with families) travel great distances to enjoy their 2-, or 4-wheel hobbies in this highly organized, safe and efficiently run environment. Paragon AP has come a long way to earn its current status and for many became a household name. I personally have introduced PAP to at least two dozen of friends who've never heard of Hazleton before—they are Paragon "regulars" now.
Paragon AP and the greater Hazleton area has the potential to become nationally recognized and desired destination. Thanks to places such as Paragon AP, organized off-road recreation is growing in popularity more than ever. Closure of Paragon AP would be inexcusable, self-serving, ignorant gesture, depriving hard working tax-payers of their favorite activities. For most of us (if not all), it is a wonderful respite from the monotony of work week, a place to regenerate mind and body – in essence enabling us to lead happier, more fulfilled lives.
Please, communicate, negotiate, compromise. Don't let a good thing go to waste.
My family, friends and I wholeheartedly support and stand behind the management team in their efforts to save PAP.

Paragon Adventure Park is a unique opportunity that needs to be kept open. As US Citizens it behooves us to support those things that keep us unique. Allowing special interests to dictate how land is used erodes the local economy and the quality of life. Please support Paragon.
Paragon draws visitors from Virginia to New York; THEY SPEND MONEY IN THE LOCAL ECONOMY. It is also an excellent example of reclaiming land for recreational purposes and preserving green space.
We pay registration to the state and they do not provide places to ride , I think the state should have to help with funding for private riding areas such as Paragon. ....Keep it open!!!
n ever been there probabbly never will, from canada but i know what its like to lose wheelin spots the government screws with us all the time...in fact we lost most of WAIPRUS last year......good luck
We as a club go to Paragon a couple times a year from VA. It's a wonderful place for the entire family to legally wheel. I hope that the opportunity is not taken away to wheel here at Paragon.
