There needs to be areas for this type of recreation !!!... Taken it away will only force people onto private properties... The park must remain open !!!
Save the LAND, there are plenty of Airports in the area... Family recreation is Key. There are fewer and fewr places for people to go and have good old fashioned FUN anymore...
Places like this create a controlled environment as well as a substitute for other lands that cannot support the activity.
Closing this recreational area will take one of the last northern wheeling areas away in which may negatively affect the environmental status of other areas that have to make up for the loss.
Tread lightly!

Your Freedom is like feathers on a bird. One or two get plucked you think nothing of it. But after awhile you are standing there naked with nothing!!
One more feather gone.
By keeping amazing, LEGAL offroad areas like this open, off highway vehicle users are able to enjoy their hobby in a non destructive manner in a safe location. Also, with so little undeveloped land left in the United States and World, why would you take this area away from PAP to make it an airport?
I've built my Jeep for Rock Crawling at Paragon, even though I live 2.5 hrs away! It is my home away from home, and one of the few places close enough that is legal. It is OUR OFFROAD SAFE HAVEN of the Northeastern US. I've met many great people through my ventures at the park, most of who I keep in touch with on a regular basis. Why destroy our legal habitat to put up an airport, there is plenty of land around Paragon. Please don't destroy our OFFROAD SANCUARY!
I support PAP. We as a Offroad community have few places to run trails. Paragon is a VERY Important park and should be allowed to continue as it has. EasternShoreJeepAssociati on members like to run at PAP. Offroading is a family affair! ESJA will miss you if you are gone.
At some point, when the money is long spent, someone somewhere is going to look around at all the pavement, all the airports and shoping malls and realize: some things are better left rugged uneven and alone.
Please keep the park open. There are few enough outdoor recreational areas. It has been a great place to get together with family and friends and enjoy a common interest,
Though I may represent Ohio... I know fellow friends who like to "offroad" at Paragon. I think it would be in the best interest of the park to stay open. Small surrounding businesses deserve support... no matter what big corporations think is best. It's the American way!
