Please help Paragon Adventure Park! As a member of my local Chamber of Commerce, I understand the value of a Chamber dedicated to both it's members and other businesses within it's coverage area. Please do the right thing and support the rights of PAP!
its just not right,i work for ramp hummer in long island new york,we have gone up there every year with all of our customers and have a great time,i also go up at least 5 time a year with friends and family to go atv riding, this really sucks!!!!!!!!!
I have been an avid Off-Road enthusiast for a number of years now, and the first time I went to P.A.P was a mind warping experience. I have been back 4 or 5 times since and each time you meet new faces, and make new friends. I would hate to see PAP fall by the wayside, but I just want to wheel in a safe, organized, and challenging setting. It surely keeps alot of our younger Off-Roaders out of restricted and illegal areas.
I wish Paragon the best of luck in this struggle, and want the C.O.C of Hazleton to realize that it is most likely in the best interest of the community to not step on the small business owner for the sake of another. This land has been unused for years before PAP came in, and goodness knows Hazleton really gained alot from their (PAP) managing the property properly.
Please let us play.

June of 06 myself my two young sons and 16 other members of our club had a chance to wheel at paragon. It was fantastic ! What a place and sport to share with my children . We NEED this place to stay open. We as a club have already made plas to revisit this year. To wheel in an area on the class of trails that they have make us feel like were are on T.V. or someone famos. Please honor you lease agreement ! Frank
u better keep it open so i can show crissy clossin that my 93 grand cherokee 5 speed will smoke her YJ islander and that nissan pickup that i keep running into!
PAP was the first place I ever went off-roading legally, hate to see it close. This is a great place to wheel to take it away. Once again money is the root of all EVIL! GOOD LUCK PAP!!!
DO NOT let there liberal democratic scumbags take the last legal area for us to 4 wheel away. Paragon is nationally known as one of the best. They could stick this airport anywhere on the degraded land in this area, it doesnt have to be here. Long Live PAP
I am from the Hazleton area and have been moved away for 6yrs now. and I think the park should stay!! It is ran by the best of people which some of whom which I am friends with!!!
Keep Paragon OPEN! It is one of the last remaining "legitimate" offroad facilities for people of the greater tri-state region not to mention the entire North East. Paragon draws thousands of people every year who support the local economy and Paragon. To close this park and level it to become and airport would not only be an enormous annoyance to the good people of Hazleton but would be borderline criminal. To take away the beauty, serenity, and overall goodness of what this park represents nationwide is shameful and a gross misuse of the wonderful terrain and eliminate the comeraderie and community spirit shared by so many here. Shame on ebveryone involved in trying to take this away.
Everyone wants fourwheelers to stay off of private property so keep this place open and keep fourwheelin honest. A good real off road park would generate more capitol than most other businesses in the area.
You can't sell the property that Paragon Park Resides on.It is the only place where people can ride legally and enjoy a weekend away. Please don't sell the property.Let's keep something good going.A buddy of mine had his nickname invented ther.(The Yellow Sub).He sunk his yellow quad on your property. There's alot of memories there.Let people make more.KEEP IT OPEN!!
This is a great place to wheel, and where are us wheelers going to go when you close down paragon? You are just pushing us out and forcing us to wheel on illegal property!
The town of Hazeltown will suck without Paragon!! My husband and I travel to Paragon several times a year with a group that ranges from 8 to 16 people. Shut down Hershey Park and Hershey,PA would suffer severely. That's what's gonna happen to Hazelton. The businesses(especially hotels) are REALLY going to suffer. DON'T CLOSE PARAGON!!!!!!!!
Well let’s just say enough is enough. Land closer to off road vehicles is getting out of control. I live in CT, but go to Paragon at least 4 or more times a year spending thousand of dollars in each place I visit over the year. These are state that provides an outlet for my trail riding hobby, which includes PA, however if Paragon closes, that will exclude PA, in which hotels, restaurants and such will not get my money in that state. Also, it’s not just me. I usually bring at least 4 other rider with me. They also spend a lot of money which will be lost to the Hazelton PA area.
Keep Paragon Alive! Legal wheeling places are few and far between. Several of the largest 4x4 clubs in Maryland make weekly treks to Paragon, wallets in hand!
i spend $3000+ a year between gas hotels, food, parts ,even thought about buying a house there cause im up there so many weekends, now i wont be spending any money in hazelton area .i guess the joleit/ tower area around rausch creek will get it
Please do not close this park. It is one of the few Off Road Vehicle parks in the North East. It brings tourism and money to the Hazleton area from all over. We need more of these parks open, not closed.
Keep Paragon alive!! Our Gov't cannot continue to sell 4 wheelers, 4 wheel drives, and such, if they are going to continually shut down our legal riding areas.
I bet if they do a tourist-money breakdown over the course of the next year that the surrounding markets, from grocery, to housing, will suffer.
my friends and i love 4 wheeling at paragon, great park that needs to be saved, where else are noreast guys going to wheel?
the airport owner is just picking on the little family business
Not only does this park bring people together, it has brought in money to the surrounding area(s) and put them back on the map. A win, win situation. Why take that away ?
Paragon is one of the only places where we can build our cars and test them out without gettin in trouble with the law. i have had a great time there everytime i've been there. SAVE PARAGON!
Im still trying to get my truck ready for Paragon, to experiance this wonderfull place to wheel leagally. I was hopeing to bring family there for recreation, camping and the like. If this is true then we have all lost out on something great.
So many areas of open land are being developed and done without respect for the land and surrounding areas - Paragon has always been respectful of the land as well as its neighbors, to do this would be a horrible loss and a slap in the face to all those who have been responsible off-roaders and nature lovers.
Allowing Paragon to stay in business is the responsible thing to do for land conservation. If you close it, other areas will suffer. Enthusiasts will have nowhere legally to enjoy their hobby. Save Paragon!
