Closing the park would be one of the biggest mistakes. The loss of tourism dollars, creating more of a problem with illegal riding is whats going to happen. We need a nice, safe place to enjoy the sport with our families.
Closing Paragon is a shameful act of legislation and should be considered a contributing factor of the degredation of our society through the corrupt legal system.

dont close the park!Its all about money! Let the land go people need places like PAP for fun and adventure. Why keep on clearing out farm land and wild areas for condos town homes and shopping malls. This keeps up there will be no americanfrontier left to enjoy

Great off road parks need to be saved. Laws are getting more strict because of environmentalists and what they don't realize is that alot of off-roaders follow the tread lightly program. Few may not but they are losers. SAVE PARAGON
Have been there many times over the last few years. We need a place to wheel legally and there's no better than Paragon. Expand the current airport and leave Paragon alone!
This would be a travisty if we let this and other legal OHV parks and recreation areas be lost. The airport will destroy more of the eco-system than th OHV vehicles ever would.
note the news article that states they damaged the land by removing trees and such ..what to they think an airport will do..how many airports have you seen in the woods??
Landowner, be a creative American entrepreneur!! Nearly 7,000 signatures here- assuming the typical small percentage reply to an ad or news article that means there are many, many more thousands who don't want this to happen. Now there's a way for both the operators of PAP and the landowner to make some $$$ on 5500 acres. Keep PAP, add music events, consider opportunities with the tremendous number of SUV owners today (soccer Mom/Dad offroad training, deals with SUV dealers or makers or offroad product makers?), other events, other facilities, deals for tax breaks, ??
DON'T TAKE IT AWAY. I HAVE YET TO BE THERE BUT ALREADY PLANNED A TRIP FOR THIS SUMMER. I AM A BIG SUPPORTER OF ORGANIZED PARKS PLUS IT IS ONE OF THE ONLY FEW LEGAL PLACES TO GO WHEELING!
If they shut this one down, pretty soon we'll have no other choice but to wheel urban style; parked cars, sidewalks, and light posts are all fair game ;)
