Only two reasons I go to the State of PA... 1. Is to watch the NY Mets kick the Phillies butts!
2. To go to Off-Roading at Paragon Park. "Keep Paragon AP Open"!
I support Paragon Park as a venue for off-road recreational activities. Furthermore, I am willing to make donations to the legal fund necessary to fight the landlord in court.
Off roading is an activity with so many enthusiasts and so few legal areas to enjoy it. A well maintained park such as Paragon just makes sense when you think of the environmental impact of pushing enthusiasts to find places that maybe they should not be.
WE in Western New York know what it's like not to have any "real" total access OHV parks. Paragon is the closest most well managed park near us. Without a place like this we, in WNY, end up like 4x4 pirates haveing to sneak into a mud puddle or a couple of rocks!!!!
Another prime example of high-dollar know-nothings wanting to take something away from an organiztion that they have absolutelty no clue about. Those money-hungry idiots don't know what Paragon does for it's patrons...like providing an area for families to enjoy the great outdoors and our vehicles the way that we chose. Just because the "suits" don't know how to 'wheel their Benz M320's, M5's, or Escalades, doesn't mean that WE can't. It's our life!
were are the alternate locations that the airport had tobe considering
there must be another location that would not affect so many people and businsses
This place is a godsend to anyone who enjoys offroading and the great outdoors. Closing Paragon will result in Offroaders needing to get their adrenaline fix somewhere else, like on private land. I dont know about you, but I don't want to get in trouble for wheelin in the woods . Please do not close Paragon!
I believe that Pagagon AP is a main stay inn the offroading world. With competitions such as neuroc, where else can someone in the tri-state area go watch and participate in real offroading competition. Save Paragon!!!
Oportunities for off road adventure are very few in The midwest and eastern regions of the USA. Airtravel will be cut back soon worldwide. Save our grass roots adventure areas for the next generations. Save Paragon!
We need more parks like this out in the country! If we don't support these parks then people will resort to what they used to do and use government and private land. Save the parks and save land that is not intended for off road vehicle use!
Not only is Paragon a wholesome recreational area, it also strengthens ties with the environment and promotes healthy interaction with nature. KEEP IT OPEN!
i sincerely believe after only having visited the park with my bike nearly out of commision after only 2 hours of a 4 day visit, that paragon adventure park is by far the most awesome experience that any off-road enthusiast could experience. it would be a shame to deprive this and future generations of such an amazing establishment.
The closing of Paragon adventure Park will effect many businesses in the Hazelton area. The park is a source of revenue for the area and is well respected by the 4 wheel drive/ off roading community. I have been to Paragon many times in the past and would like to continue to visit this beautiful area of the country and enjoy our sport. Please consider the effect this closure would have on your community and those who enjoy using the property.
ECBR member 2541.Long live 4x4's whatever make model they are. And Keep land we can use them on.
Let alone the camaraderie we all share of the sport of wheeling. I stand and support Paragon in there time of need. if they fall, other places may follow.
