The fake democracy in ethiopia is a cover for ethnocenteric fascistic policy in reality which is exposed by the dfeat in the ballot box. Western governments please do not be fooled by the words of the most shrude and secretive politicians of the government. Their agenda is different than what they claim,it is to govern by terror and harror.
9 Jun 2005 - 15:00    Bogale Bayou Taye : We need to stand with the people. The opposition and their leaders may not be in a position to do may be anything. Except, of course, praying to God. We need to voice for them instead. It may not be right to expect for our leaders to act in any form. Let them weigh and judge the situation in their own way. But we need to urge them to stand together and reject the woyane's allocation of parliamentary seat. They must be firm and strictly serious on the respect of people's vote. Woyane is voted out. That is the result of ballot which should be respected. The bullet can never replace the ballot.
9 Jun 2005 - 15:05    woynshet woldemariam : let us stand for our freedom, rights and democracy!

9 Jun 2005 - 15:05    woldemedene : I have no words to speak about the brutal action of Melese and his armed forces. I saw yesterday in our village, around Abenet and Addis Ketema (near the vicinity of Merkato); there are many household families who lost two of their members in a moment by the fire shot of Melese's policies. There are many who are taken to prison. I am totally againist of this action.

9 Jun 2005 - 15:09    Maru : I am really didn't experience such brutal action from governments of Ethiopia in the past. It should be enough for the government to leave the power for democratic alliances. The international community should joinn the hands of all Ethiopians to stop the brutal and facism action of EPRDF government.
9 Jun 2005 - 15:10    Andreas : Is it not Interhamoy's typical character? Was it not same that had happened in Ruwanda som 11 years back? That is what is going on in Ethiopia now by the army named "Agazee" which is recruited from specifically from a mirority ethnic group, trained & equipped to kill end exterminate those who do not support the regium on power. This needs an immediate and urgent attention of the internationa community. Other wise some thing worse than Ruwanda can happen in due course. Andreas (14 years old) from Addis Ababa.

9 Jun 2005 - 15:45    Girum Meseret : Ethiopia is at a cross road. The EPRDF regime wants to take us backwards to the time of the Dergue. The murderous regime who is killing innocent and unarmed civilian in broad day light and on the streets of Addis Ababa is reminiscent of the Red Terror era which Meles claims to rebel against. We need to stand together and stop the merciless actions of the Woyane regieme and we shall succeed.
9 Jun 2005 - 15:46    Guangul : Both the EPRDF and the CUD are equally responsble for what is now happening in Ethiopia. Agitating violence and using violence as means of seizing power cannot give legtimacy to any party and it is a test of their democratic values. Guangul
9 Jun 2005 - 15:48    BB Taye : Respect the ballot not the bullet. Woyane is voted out of office and he should submit to people's voice. We need to stand with the people. People's voice should triumph.

He has killed a lot of Tigrayans and other comrades and do you think he will hesitate to kill others. So you should think twice before you end up in the form of the Red Terror.
