The State of California is proposing changes that could seriously affect all users of the Bidwell Marina. Things such as non-transferable buoy agreements, a removal of all current Bidwell Marina property off the lake by years end (meaning boats must come off before then due to dropping water levels,) and removed boats sitting in the parking lots for up to a year or more (where will visitors to the Bidwell Launch park.)
