I want to add this petition to the thousands if not millions of fans that have emailed and written in to bring Blade back for a second series. There are 5000 signatures on this pole.

As i am in the united kingdom, i hope to be one of the largest bases for many fans in the uk to speak out against the show's cancellation, as i too am a really big fan. There was no other show that i loved more than Buffy, and when i watched the films of Blade, i loved them nearly as much. Now i have watched all 13 episodes of Blade season 1, i am bitterly disappointed that it has ended so abruptly. Not to mention the cliff-hanger that has driven many fans crazy.

I understand that the network needs an assurance of good ratings in order to continue airing a show, but it all depends what channel it is put on to begin with. I will also be writing directly to you, and to other networks for anyone interested in picking the series up. I helped save Farscape, i will help save Blade. Its worth the effort, because i truly love watching it.
