I was originally planning to close my cable out a few years ago since I never watch tv. Then this amazing show came on HBO, and I was hooked. Now you're cancelling it!! Please reconsider; I'm sure your fan base will continue to grow if you give it a bit more of a chance.

My husband and I are SO UPSET that HBO has cancelled carnivale!! Since the very first episode we have faithfully had a "date night" on sunday at 9pm to watch it together! we will be cutting off HBO since they cut carnivale! this show is the ONLY reason we payed $45 a month!!
SAVE IT NOW. BRING IT BACK. The one show which grips you without excessive skin and with good stories and thoughful screenplay gets the axe. Sad sad day for the people who actually love to watch stories. :-(
Carnivale was a show I wouldn't allow myself to miss... and I don't say that about many. Each week was followed by endless discussion about plot lines and what everything meant. The series was thought-provoking and downright enjoyable, with a depth not often found in tv. We miss it... please bring it back!
Thank you for cancelling a series where people actually had to think about what was happening as opposed to just sitting back and revelling at all of the swear words. Do the intelligent thing and bring it back.
Carnivale was the subject of alot of discussions on the Sports message board I frequent. My girlfriend and I would watch with a bunch of friends having Carnivale parties on Sundays. The last half of the second season was sooooo good that I knew it had to go on for at least a 3rd season. Please bring it back.
This was an intense series that my friends would gather together for every sunday to watch... I am saddened that it was left so open ended if this was the case; being taken off the air... then you should have had everything die with Brother Justin. This show is one of a only a few reasons we even have HBO.
This is one of the best show on tv, the masses canot handel or understand good writing, that is no reason to cancel the show. Take it to a third season...
Had to cancel HBO because I was so upset about this cancellation. Thanks for leaving us all hanging on the greatest, deepest show I've ever watched. Carnivale was the only show I made sure I watched every Sunday.

In a time when most TV shows are getting dumber and dumber Carnivale was the one show I could depend on to work my mind and make me think. Don't leave the loyal fans hanging, A two hour special or direct to DVD release, ANYTHING so we can see how the final battle between good and evil is resolved!
One of the reasons I have stuck with HBO was because of Carnivale. I watched it knowing there was a set amount of seasons to run. I feel extremely cheated and I will be cancelling my subscription.
The intellectual complexity of this show was such a welcome relief from the usual lame-brain dribble most cable channels currently feed the public. I was so disappointed in HBO's decision to pull this series. Carnivale and Real Time with Bill Maher were the only shows I watched on HBO. Since Carnivale is gone and Bill Maher is now on hiatus, I am cancelling HBO. Spending hard earned money on a premium channel for only one show is not justifiable in my reasoning - unless it is as intellectually stimulating as Carnivale. If HBO should decide to bring it back, I will again become a subscriber.
My wife watched Sex and the City. I watched Carnivale. With one show done, and the other cancelled without a proper closing, I have cancelled my HBO subscription. I'm sure HBO does not care because they've got over 40 million subscribers to HBO and Cinemax. HBO should have done a better job of marketing this show. I was hoping to buy the DVD Box set of the show, but I won't buy a DVD that tells only the first half of a story without an appropriate closing (I don't make a habit of buying half of a book). HBO you have disappointed me and many others. I have done my best to spread the word of this great show. I used to have a group of friends that would gather to watch this fantastic original show. It was cinematic candy for the mind, eyes, and soul. Enough said. Bring back Carnivale, and you bring back many loyal watchers.
I didnt start watching till season 2 but I loved it so much that I rented season 1.Please do not let it end this way.This is what make HBO better then the rest so let Carnivale at least wrap up!
I only just fell in love with Carnivale when I bought the first season on DVD (and I plan to buy the second season as well). It's the only reason I subscribed to HBO! Bring it back for Season 3!

I know a lot of people who will be angry with HBO if they decide to renew carnivale. Of course HBO does not care they are a big corporate operation. Why should they care about the people who matter.

Subscribers are like teeth, ...its Ok to ignore them...they'll just go away!. Please use a third and announced final season to respond to your customers. This was an exceptional cast and story line!
