Dear Governor Schartzenegger,

Dear Governor Schwarzenegger:

Please do not allow the execution of Clarence Ray Allen, 75 yr., wheelchair bound man, scheduled to die by lethal injection on January 17 2006, onne day after his birthday!

Mr. Allen "flatlined" (died) from a heart attack a few months ago, only to be resuscitated so that he can be executed... National statistics blatantly demonstrate that the death penalty is NOT a deterrent to violent crime.

Mr. Allen, an infirm elder in a wheelchair, will be forced to walk 15 feet to the death gurney... Torturing Mr. Allen before executing him is simply inhuman.

Please allow Mr. Allen, of the Choctaw Nation to die with dignity when his Ancestors call upon his spirit to join them !

We trust that you care about Californian Disabled and Senior residents. We urge you to grant clemency for Mr. Clarence Ray Allen

I support this petition. This man should die peacefully, not in pain.

I support this petition. No one should be made to walk to his death in his circumstances and once he had his heart attack; to be revived only to be cruelly killed is inhumane! Let the man die in dignity. He will meet his Maker.

The argument to save his life is beyond idiotic. The reason for his sentencing is not stated and what is stated is not fact but just pointless pleas to save his life. Most likely than not, this man deserves what he has recieved and whether he is 75 and disabled or 25 and an athlete does not justify his actions or make them less severe. Also, stating that he "flatlined" does not make his case any stronger or gain him any pity from anyone. This man deserves his punishment. All of you idiot liberals are ruining this country and what it once stood for. People like Mr. Clarence Allen should be put to death. I agree with William Head who stated that liberals believe that it is more important to feel morally superior because they are compassionate then to pursue justice. I absolutely hate you stupid liberals.

Clarence Ray Allen was a malignant narcissist and a sociopath. I don't give a shit how old and feeble he became, justice delayed is justice denied. It just goes to show you what happens when a state is dominated by a bunch of liberals who believe it is more important to feel morally superior because they're so compassionate, rather than to pursue justice. In Texas, we know exactly what to do with assholes like Allen. Kill Them. And not wait 25 years to do it either. It would have been my pleasure to personally beat Allen to death with my bare hands. You say: "But Bill, Doesn't that make you no better than he was?" Hell, I'm no elitist. I don't think I'm better than everybody else because I'm so enlightened and progressive. The SOB got what he deserved. Except I wish his death could have been more painful and drawn-out. Lastly, why is it when some pinhead like Allen gets caught perpetrating his crimes and gets convicted, he always runs and hides behind his so-alled "American Indian" heritage? Bullshit. No real indian brave would ever act that way. In fact, Indians would have known exactly what to do with someone like Allen, and it wouldn't have been pretty.

kill them all. if you kill then you should be put to death. It don't matter if it's a detournt or not,why should we support them for the reast of their lives.Even if they are old, sick,or mentaly insane.the argument that he's to crazy to kill is..."f..ing insane".you forfite your right to the laws of our society kill someone else .What about their rights? muder in the first degree is just that.So kill'em all.

I support this petition because the world has seen enough death. There is no justification for killing another human being.

An old, disabled man dos not deserve to die. He can do it in his own time. I am against the death penalty anyway. By the way, these online petitions never work. But I still support this one. And I'd also like to know what he's being given lethal injection for... y'know, if he raped, murdered sut up and ate 30 five year old girls, he might deserve it.
