According to PWInsider, Hulk Hogan discussed a concept to do a worldwide "Legends" wrestling tour on Bubba The Love Sponge earlier today. Hogan said his idea would be to use the VH1 reality series "Hogan Knows Best" as a springboard for the tour, adding it was something he has been thinking about doing for a while. Hogan later said he hasn't contacted any prospective talent for the idea just yet.
Given Hogan's current status with World Wrestling Entertainment, anything is possible at this point. But for now, many readers should take this as nothing but a strong rumor if anything at this point, especially when it has to do with Hulk Hogan speaking with the media.

As a youngster, Antonio Ladanza never dreamed of an acting career. The New Yorker from Brooklyn instead envisioned himself the next Rocky Graziano. Changing his name to "Dangerous" Tony Danza, he entered the New York Golden Gloves in 1975. Shortly afterwards, on Aug. 13, 1976, he started his professional boxing career. Fighting as a middleweight, Danza became a crowd favorite for his walk-in slugging style. He compiled a record of 9-3 with nine knockout victories, seven in the first round. It was during a gym workout that he was discovered for the part of "Tony Banta" on the TV show, "Taxi" (1978). Danza still had hopes of being a world champion and scored knockouts in 1978 and 1979 but, unable to secure a title shot, retired from boxing to dedicate himself totally to his acting career.
Danza earned a bachelor's degree in history education from the University of Dubuque, which he attended on a wrestling scholarship. Shortly after graduation, he was discovered by a producer at a boxing gymnasium in New York, and "Taxi" (1978) rolled into his life. Danza was born in Brooklyn, New York, and lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Tracy, and three children.
He also starred in the comedy series "Hudson Street" (1995) and "The Tony Danza Show" (1997), for which he was executive producer. His additional television credits include an acclaimed performance opposite George C. Scott and Jack Lemmon in the remake of the film classic 12 Angry Men (1997) (TV) and the television movies The Garbage Picking Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon (1998) (TV), Noah (1998) (TV), The Girl Gets Moe (1997), North Shore Fish (1997) (TV) and Deadly Whispers (1995) (TV). Danza's additional stage credits include the Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's Tony Award-winning "A View From the Bridge". His theatrical debut in "Wrong Turn" at Lungfish earned him an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination. Among his motion picture credits are Angels in the Outfield (1994), She's Out of Control (1989), A Brooklyn State of Mind (1997), Glam (2001) and Illtown (1996). He also wrote, directed and starred in the short film Mamamia (1998) and continues to garner accolades performing in his song-and-dance stage show, which debuted in Atlantic City in 1995. He has since taken it on the road to major venues throughout the country, from Las Vegas to New York.

The next week should prove to be an interesting seven days for TNA. Beyond Impact, their latest PPV, Against All Odds this Sunday in Orlando will be the first live TNA PPV headlined by two former WWE stars against each other (Kurt Angle vs. Christian Cage). They will have an unopposed two hour taped special on SpikeTV next Monday that the network is promoting pretty heavily as well. At the same time the special is airing, TNA will be taping TV in Orlando. Lockdown tickets for St. Louis are about to go on sale. For a company that at one point was running just a few dates a month, things are really picking up. If you are a TNA fan, you've got to consider this a pretty exciting time for the company.
SpikeTV will air an Against All Odds preview show on 2/10 at midnight. The TNA website will run the complete special as well.
There's talk that Samoa Joe is in for a major push in the next several weeks so the Against All Odds PPV and next week's TV taping should be the springboard for that. That would certainly explain why he won't be appearing as often (if at all) for Ring of Honor come March.
After the success of their Samoa Joe/Kurt Angle limited edition autographed set, TNA will be doing similar merchandise deals on their www.ShopTNA.com website this week.
Christy Hemme will be appearing at the Wizard World convention in Los Angeles this March.
Non-spoiler lineup for Impact this Thursday:
*AJ Styles & Christian Cage vs. Samoa Joe & Kurt Angle.
*Rhino & Jerry Lynn & Senshi vs. James Storm & Chris Sabin & Chris Harris.
*Abyss prepares for the "Prison Yard" match.
*Team 3D responds to the attack on Brother Ray's uncle.
Since one of the ideas is to split strings not into words, but hopefully into phrases more semantically informative than the words they are made of, doing that better should mean better suggestions, and avoiding what essentially are word n-tuples should make for smaller data and slightly faster querying.
