Please bring Dixie back for good! She and Tad belong together. Now that their daughter is back, Dixie needs to be there too. She is a wonderful character that the show should not be without.
Please, if there is any way we could get Dixie back...I ask you to please do it. The show has just not been the same since she left. All my children needs her now more then ever before.
No wonder Tad seems so sad in All My Children lately. AMC has taken off both Julia Barr, his ex-wife Brooke, and Cady McClain, his wife Dixie. I think if Dixie (and I mean Cady McClain) doesn't come back than maybe Tad (Michael Knight) should quit also. They have just ruined AMC for me and I will not be watching again consistently until I know that Dixie is back. I feel sorry for the writers because they don't have a clue to what the viewers, especially veteran viewers want to see.
Stop firing great actresses that play great characters. Let's bring her back before AMC completely goes to the dogs! I have been a viewer since the beginning but I am seriously considering not watching any longer. Too many great actors

please please please resurrect dixie. there is no one else with such chemistry with tad, able to bring MEK sparkling into life (well, gloria came close, but that's loooong gone), and there is so much s/l left to explore. tad hasn't really even begun to deal with the effects of becoming a cold blooded murderer (another bad writing decision), and only dixie (or brooke) would be believable in helping him work through that. these days he's just sleepwalking through performances, unable to muster up much enthusiasm for the tripe being written.
AMC has been eviscerated in the lately. brooke was left to dangle for years with no storyline except maria's leftovers, edmund himself was ruined by an UNCHARACTERISTIC petty bitterness (he forgave his wife's sex with his brother, but not a few weak embers for zack?), and i could go on and on... david, simone (now there was untapped talent, ) the family storylines have fallen by the wayside for this "friends" wannabe we are given instead. is ABC so broke/cheap that they can't afford to nurture and keep talent? is ken doll del such a bargain that he is worth keeping, while talent is cast off? soap fans have long memories, and don't want an ADHD revolving door of insignificant interchangeable characters, brought on front and central for a year, then back burnered and fodder for a serial killer. why should we waste our time caring about any character, when we know they'll be written out at a petty whim? turn this around, bring back dixie.
Why in the world did you take Dixie off? She was the reason for me to watch. I had a DIXIE IS ALIVE PARTY! Now I grieve her demise. You want ratings? Bring back the DIX!
This show is becoming more and more ridiculous! The story lines are seriously not given much thought! Do they even care about their viewers feelings..They bring people back give them a stupid story line and then off them..Its like they dont give us enough credit! What a joke! Do something right for a change and BACK DIXIE/CADY!
This is just another example of poor writing and a complete lack of respect for long-time fans of the show. When will this insanity end? Probably when the ratings are 0 and the show gets cancelled.

I cant belive this! I was right all along. You people handling the show have no care at all for us fans. All my Children is our show! We deserve to have our show the way we want it. You writers, producers, and excs. give us back our show. I have watched for over 30 plus years. I enjoy it and I look forward to watching. I stoped watching it a while ago. I want my show back. I have never enjoyed a show better or looked forward to the next spins and twists of what will happen next to TAD N DIXIE! Bring back our power couple! We want our show back! We want justice!!!!!
TO ALL MY FIRINGS: Isn't it about time that you call Cady Mcclain and get her back on your sunken low rated show thats SO boring day after day? You must like being at the bottom of the ratings. How you could do this to your fans makes us all SICK getting rid of her. She WAS your show! Pick up the dam phones there and call her would you. I was so disappointed when I saw the episode of Dixie's passing. She is a beautiful and fine actress and added so very much to your show!! I've been watching AMC for more than 25 yrs and have seen too many of fine actors disappear. BRING HER BACK !!!!!
After 25 years of watching AMC, I stopped watching after they killed off Dixie. AMC has no respect for us long time fans so I'm now spending an extra hour a day doing other things. The current story lines are stupid and not designed to appeal to the long time fans who obviously don't matter to AMC.
It's almost April--and time has not, nor will not, change fans' feelings. Thousands are expressing opinions and not watching the show now--is anyone going to wake up?! The show is not the same without Cady. Do the right thing and ask the woman to come back already!
