Everwood is the kind of well-written, topical, complex show that would help the new CW network keep critical as well as viewer support. Trying newer, flashier shows might work in the short run, but in the long run, quality matters. No network has ever even attempted to try substance over hype when it began. Why not make CW the first?

Please keep this show on the air! It is one of the few existing high quality family shows, with a superb cast and excellent writing. It is not afraid to deal with serious issues, and frankly, is a refreshing break from the rest of the sex/violence- filled/high tech-low content programming on the rest of television today.
Please get this show back on the air. This show is such a great show in many ways. It is a family show which as you know these days – there aren’t much of left. I cannot believe that a show with so many great story-lines which address real-life issues as well as dealing with life’s happenstances – is being cut out for next season.
There are only so many great family shows left on air and one of them is Everwood.

Speaking as a young adult, Everwood is one of (if not the) most realistic shows on television. It successfully illustrates the trials and tribulations of being a teenager, as well as the value of family and friends. Please do not let this wonderful show go to waste, to be replaced with something that will, most likely, have less artistic and entertainment value than Everwood. Not to mention that Everwood is the only show on television that makes me cry, which is due to the wonderful talent of both the writers and the actors. This show has the complete package, good acting, good script, humor, and heart. Please do not let this magnificent show go.
Everwood is the only show on television that I never miss. That's really all you need to know concerning the merits of the show itself. CW should be embarrassed that they're even considering cancelling Everwood. In fact, CW should be especially ashamed since Everwood is the only reason to tune in to the WB (or UPN for that matter). Indefensibly poor and consistently atrocious decisions such as this perfectly illustrate why both the WB and UPN networks failed. Simply put, without Everwood there is no reason for this 26 year old male to watch CW. Everwood should be allowed to tell its story in its entirety, and then be given a proper sendoff. Everwood does not deserve to die prematurely.
Great show !!! They say they have low ratings for the show well if they would not take 2 mounths off then maybe they would see better ratings, I love the show and never missed one. It pissed me off thow on all the time they would take off for other shows, Please who ever reads this SIGN THE PETITION it may do nothing but atleast we are trying to save a great show !!!!!
Finally a TV show that you can look forward too Everwood is one that is so well acted and extremely well written why in the world they would cancel this is beyond me. If you need budget cuts throw out the trash on TV but not a gem like Everwood, I look forward to it everyweek and NEVER miss it. They need to rethink this one.
PLEASE DO NOT take one of the best shows off the air!!!! The show appeals to all ages & teaches good values. Love, life , laughter, tragedy all in one show. How many shows can proclaim that? It is one of the ONLY shows we sit down & watch. DONT TAKE IT AWAY!!!!!!!!
I likes action movies with explosions. I like romantic stories. I like family shows. I've even like shows with gratuitous sexual scense. My point is, I fit in multiple demographics. Save this show? Did a bunch of kids take over this network? I'm sure I've seen a farce of this sort on TV or the Movies. How ironic. Life immitates art. CW, RIP as far as I'm concerned.
