An angry felon set up an innocent husband and wife in Jacksonville, FL. The husband is now being threatened to be sent to prison by FBI and State Attorney. Husband was forced to flee the country to escape wrongfull prosicution. Wife has advised the State Attorney's Office of the set up. This man is still kept in jail and also is being kept from seeing his children. He is being held without bond and with warrents would not have been able to make a court date to clear up injustice. This man is a wonderfull father was awarded custody of children before the incodent took place, and now sits in jail where he has no rights not even to his children. They also are keeping his mail from him. He has been sent many things to be given to the Judge by HRS so that he would be able to see his children, and he has yet to receive any of them. He has also been sent many letters by his mother that he hasn't received as well.
