Jericho is a fantastic show. It's always interesting, and it keeps you excited for the next episode. Don't get rid of something great. It's rare you find a true gem on TV these days. Most of the shows on television have terrible acting and no plot line, but Jericho is different. Please don't toss it in the garbage.
Leave Jericho on the air! God forbid that a show actually has some substance to it and you want to cancel it??? And America's Got Talent is actually coming back? What is this world coming to?
I finally come back to CBS to watch a worth while show, Jericho, and you're seriously entertaining the idea of cancelling it?!? I even skip that stupid American Idol to watch it! Not all of us are mindless boobs who like Sanjiah. Give Jericho a better slot, now that King of Queens is gone, juggle your weekly line up!! Give me a reason to tune into CBS once again. My husband and I watch together EVERY week! Thanks!
Please do not cancel this great show! It makes us think of things we don't want to think about. It makes us think of how we'd handle ourselves, it makes us plan for things. It is a great show.
Jericho is one of the BEST shows on television! I look forward to it every single week! My kids are even into it! This show is well written and well acted (not some mindless sitcom, which by the way we have far too many of on television). Ratings???? try it in another timeslot! Give the show a chance! I am sick of the same stuff on TV!!! This show is different and fresh! Great characters...Mysterious plot....If CBS is so down on this show for the fall...why not make it a summer show. There is never anything on in the summer except repeats anyway and maybe this would work as a ratings booster, since we all know that it's all they care about anyway!
CBS? Are you nuts? This is one of the best shows in a LONG time - and one of the very few I make sure to catch EVERY week. YES, most of us use DVR's - because you put the show up against American Idol. Our wives watch the show - therefore we must - but we tape and DO watch. Sigh. If nothing else, let ABC pick up the show. They at least know a good thing when they see it. Yes, cancel the best show you have. Even CSI is getting washed up - but cancel your new fresh show. I will no longer watch or support any more CBS shows - including Criminal Minds. CBS, get a clue.
I can't believe they would take off a show we love and the only one I love. The only reason they don't know it is good is because of what cbs said. They don't know ratings. If we tape the show or rewind with new technology they can't track that. Give it a chance
Don't cancel Jericho. It's annoying to start watching a show only to have it canceled before you can see any kind of closure to the story. It it popular and will be more popular as time goes on. If it remains on the air, that is. SAVE JERICHO!!
Please renew this show. I really enjoy the show, the characters and the fact that it is something different. It's not your usual doctor, lawyer or police show.
Please don't cancel Jericho - CBS should really look at what kind of impact Jericho is having on the American people and not judge it solely by ratings. What makes America 'American'? It is not the silly reality shows or the endless number of boring and predictable doctor or police dramas, it is (and has, and will be) the shows which delve deep into what makes the USA a great country, and that we can (and have!) rebounded from devastation. Save Jericho, it is the only true 'American' tv show out there!
Jericho is a very interesting show and it has a lot of fans and if it remains on the air it will gain more fans. Too many shows are canceled before they are given a chance to see how well they will do. Thankfully Jericho wasn't pulled after a few episodes. CBS please show that you will continue to give Jericho the chance to become the BIG hit it can (and WILLl) be!!
I totally agree with 1544 Gary C. Save the show or give the viewers a great ending. The concept of this show was such an eye opener.How would we cope in the event of nuclear disasters??
Save Jericho - it is by far the best drama on CBS, or any network for that matter. It is telling a story that every American should be paying attention to since it gives an insight into what makes America good (and also bad). Nuts to those who think Jericho doesn't deserve at least another season!
Jericho is a classy, superbly written and very well acted show. I was hooked on the first season and was looking forward to seeing how things progress in season 2. I hate it when the networks axe shows (Invasion, Jeremiah, Enterprise etc) and don't bring the story to a proper conclusion. We invest the time to watch these shows and if CBS are going to axe it the least they can do it put together a 90 minute feature that wraps it all up. Even better, finish the whole of season 2 so that we can enjoy another 22 episodes of a fantastic TV show.
Please PLEASE renew Jericho. I respect and admire your willingness to keep it all season, as I know that money is first and foremost, but let reruns and DVD's help it out. It is one of the few interesting shows with endless possibilities. It can go far and not be lost in the crap of evening tv with all shows looking the same.PLEASE renew!
Please renew jericho for another season.....The show is really the best drama on television right now...except for HBO I guess. It is the only programming that I watch that is on basic programming!
This is the best TV Show in a long time, while it started out so so, i got hooked around the 10th episode. Its the ONLY CBS show i watch, please keep it going strong, it has a lot of potential and could be as good as 24 in the future!
I've never asked for a tv program to continue ... but would appreciate CBS keeping Jericho for another season. (its the only TV I watch besides Cable news and sports)
This is the one new show we chose to watch this year and are addicted. We don't watch any reality shows but this is sooooo much better thanthey could hope to be.
