I can only hope that the thousands of people (if not more) stick to their words and continue to send CBS nuts and boycott CBS. This was the only show i watched on TV and im so upset it is gone. I hope this doesnt just die down and we forget about this but that we grow bigger and stronger and CBS finally realizes they made a huge mistake. If too many people go back to CBS they will just write off our attempt to try and save Jericho.
When a network takes on a heavily serialized show, they should be obligated to end it. Jericho was dropped in one of worst possible situations and deserves to be brought back and finished, even if it's little more than a couple
OK, show is flawed ,in freezing winter why aren't multiple families sharing housing? No brainer, right? Apparently not. But it makes you think. And if not a nuclear holocaust, global warming or a different disaster could create a huge social-economic disaster with some parallels. And heck, I even like the show when it is cheesy... Like the characters.
There is so much potential with Jericho! I faithfully DVR'd it so I could keep up when I was studying or working. If this show isn't renewed, I will make a conscious effort to steer clear of any CBS shows in the future .
i will not watch cbs shows unless you bring jericho back...very good characters, shot in great hd...which i appreciate, and there are so many storylines that can go on for lots more seasons. bring it back or lose a long time cbs fan. i also watch csi...the real one, with george eads in it, and william petersen...
Save Jericho! People are smarter than the execs give us credit for--we love serial shows, and Jericho was one of the best. I don't watch a lot of tv, but I do watch this!
Jericho was one of the true bright spots in TV this year -- well-written and acted, thoughtful and thought-provoking. Please make a stand for quality television and keep it on!
My family is very disappointed that this show will be cancelled. Jerichio has become part of our family viewing along with Kyle xy, Heros, Numb3rs, Criminal Minds and 4400. We will not invest in watching any new shows with CBS
My email to CBS:By cancelling shows like Jericho, you just dig yourself further and further into the hole you believe you're avoiding. Those 8 million viewers you just annoyed will not tune into what you replace it with, but rather go look for something else to do or watch. In fact, this is the reason why I don't generally watch primetime TV shows at all, because networks make this arbitrary decisions not based on what its viewers actually like, but because network presidents need their checking accounts to keep growing with the maximum advertisement dollar. Reality TV is stupid, but I'm sure you'll find a way to use Jericho's absence to put on another quality effort like Survivor, Big Brother, or the Amazing Race. Good job, CBS. Your decision to cancel Jericho because it didn't have enough viewers actually ensured that you lost this viewer altogether.
