I cannot believ that the rulers will allow the beauty of Dubai to be further ruined by building and blocking the sea views. I was blessed to live and enjoy several miles of open beaches from Jumeira almost to Jebel Ali when we lived in DXB, but now it is almost ruined. Don't deprive the people of natural views and open spaces.
it is a perfect beach in all senses of the word. residents and tourists alike love jumeirah beach, with the perfect sunset, view of the burj al arab and the great skim. i live in england and its something i look forward to when coming to Dubai semi-annually. Please heed this petition.

Dear Govt, please don't make Dubai any harder to live in by taking away the beach - a place where family and friends relax and unwind from a hard days/weeks work. It is already a huge investment in itself - save it for the people that believe in Dubai and are here helping Dubai's economy - give us this one place of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Please reconsider, thanks.
Enough is enough. It is almost impssible to find a public beach in a city built on the coast - it's ridiculous to add even more density of housing on the seaward side of Sheik Zayed Road, when all the new devlopments are expanding away from the coast.
This is so unfair.. they are quickly ruining their country and that park is one of the best beaches there is... ruin dubai more and no one will want to live here..
Dubai could be the biggest City here by listening to the people who actually participate to build it! Please, for once, can't you just see things as they are and forget the amount of money they could bring? Please.

There is no other nice beach to find nearby the residential area. So please don't take this beach away from so many people just to give it to the happy few.
please dubai, learn from the mistakes of other countries by over developing public areas in the name of profit. keep the beach free and natural. dubai has enough developments.
This is the most attractive beach to ALL tourists i know who have come here. if u kill it just know that u are killing with it thousands of tourists and residents alike.
The beach is what attracts people to Dubai,. If you take all the beaches away, what will ordinary folk do. You have to be a hotel guest to enjoy a walk on the beach. This is insane.
I think this is ridiculous, I have been surfing at that beach for 4 years...you people have basically taken away all of the other public beaches..please leave this one...thats all I ask
