These developers are just destroying everything by building ugly boxes! Pleaaaase don't do that , you have the whole desert around! Jumeirah beach is a "must see" as well for tourists to see how expats are enjoying their weekends in Dubai, true?
For so many of us the beach is the best part of Dubai. It keeps us grounded and content. People need to be able to turn their backs on the crazy development and just relax, catch a wave, play with the kids... Dubai shouldn't let their greed blind them to the damage they'll do to the best part of their city. What did Joni Mitchell say about paving paradise? "don't it always seem as though you don't know what you got till it's gone." Not good.
Don't take away my weekend beach. Where are the pepole that live in Dubai supposed to go? This place isn't just for the tourists. Save a little bit of beach for us!!!!!!!!!!
We ask the Government of Dubai to take the PUBLIC GOOD into consideration -- leave Jumeirah Beach as it is! The wealthy already have other places they can enjoy private beachfronts and "the public" of Dubai does not. Thank you.
people...its all thats left from everything free and open and availabe to us...enough hotels...enough spas enough cement and concrete...plz leave our sense of freedom!
