Great show with the amazing Eric Bogosian in a series!! Love the show, but maybe the name is a turnoff. Maybe it needs the letters "CSI" or "Law & Order" in the title to attract more viewers. Mainstream TV watchers just don't want to be challenged.
An amazing show that captured, creatively, the voice and sound of a generation that is caught between the "Golden Girls" and Nickelodeon. Please respect that for its wit, talent and for being ONE show where dead bodies are not exhumed or where "appropriateness" is never in question.

I heard on E! last night that LM is being shopped to the new WB/UPN merger, the CW. I saw the segment with my own eyes and heard the commentary myself as my husband was flipping around the channels. The announcer's words were, roughly, "Fans of the CBS show 'Love Monkey,' which was pulled after only 3 episodes, will be happy to know that the show may reappear on the new CW network, where it is being shopped..." It was a short segment, and they showed a clip of the guys on the basketball court.
That's all I know. Hope this helps out some of the show's fans!

I support this petition. This was a great show. How do you cancel a show after 3 episodes? you need to give it at least 8 or so to grow a fan base. I know that in the 3 weeks it was on I personally got about 5 other people hooked on the show. I barely watch CBS shows as it is, I will never tune in CBS now.
I support this petition with all my heart. This was one of the greatest shows to come around in so very long. It was a break from all of the reality tv and other crap we get inundated with. It seems all we have are shows about doctors, lawyers, aliens, detectives or reality. This was refreshing and I think losing it would be the biggest mistake they could make.
I support this petition. The best new show on TV.....already gone? How can CBS know until it is given a chance? This is a "buzz" show...word of mouth is what it truly needed and it was starting to get there. Teddy's album was about to drop and the tie in would have done wonders. Has CBS never heard of Seinfeld? How long did that great show take to finally catch on? Cbs had a special thing and they blew it....but they can save this show...it's not too late!!!
I am not particular to autopsies, 'reality television', and crime scenes and once something is actually worth watching, it dies. At least give it a chance!
I support this petition. Modern television requires the viewers to suspend imagination and thought. Love Monkey was a rare gem amongst shows in a season littered with "real" people whoring themselves for the 15 minutes of fame they believe is owed to them. I appreciated the greater cognitive demands that Love Monkey made on us.
I support this petition. What ever happend television? So what if the younger generation don't understand what a REAL show should be like? "Love Monkey" should stay on because it DESERVES to BE on. But if CBS or whoever owns the right to this show decide to cancel it simply because it goesn't generae a "good enough" rating, then by all means, Tom Petty is right. The industry is just keep getting greedier and more apathetic.
I support this petition. Don't take away the best dramedy on any station! The music, the fun, the great cast, don't take that away from us. This is my reason for watching television on Tuesday nights. This show made me feel like I had something on television that spoke for me; please don't take that away.

I can't believe you get better ratings with repeats of NCIS. I bet if you walked into a building or office in a major metrapolitan area, more people have heard of Love Monkey then even know NCIS is still on the air.
