Great show. Intelligent, quirky, real, and it shows how meaningful and important good music can be to people. It would be a crime if CBS doesn't let this show continue. Plus, Teddy Geiger is going to be a major star, and they would be foolish to let this slip away. At the very least, show all 8 episodes already made!

CBS, you apparently are not smart enough to spot a good show. I just caught on the last 2 episodes and was hooked. It has a great cast, excellent writing and music and would have been a hit if given time. Uoi guys will no longer have me as a viewer! I will watch any network but yours. Goodbye!

I watched the Cops and Lawyer shows for awhile, but I'm overloaded with that stuff now. I want something new, and Love Monkey fit right in as something new- something different, something that had great music that you pay attention to, rather than a soundtrack that drones in the background. Please, come to your senses and bring it back.

I strongly support this petition. I love this show. I'm so sick of every good show being taken away by the idiots in charge of the networks! Maybe if you give a show the chance to gain an audience, kept it on at the same time and day for more that 1 week it could grow to be a huge hit. I love the cast and how genuine all the characters were and how well the show was written. I loved the fact that it was never over the top or over sexed. Please bring the show back!

No love lost for Love Monkey

It looks like Love Monkey, which was yanked off of the CBS Tuesday night schedule after only three episodes, is really and truly dead, according to E! Online.
According to the Watch With Kristin column the potential talks with UPN and then the CW did not pan out. In addition, it seems that the lead Love Monkey, Tom Cavanagh, is up for a new pilot, while Larenz Tate, who played Shooter, will be starring with Joe Pantoliano in a new CBS drama series called Waterfront.
With Pantoliano's luck in television lately (the cancelled CBS dramas Dr. Vegas, and The Handler) Mr. Tate may be looking for another series sooner than he thinks.
I support this petition. This kind of clean, quirky humor is sadly lacking on network television. This "seasoned citizen" appreciates Tom's humor (and therefore his sponsers(?).

Heck yeah I support this petition! Love Monkey is like a breath of fresh air after all those redundant CSI's and reality shows. It has Tom. It has excellent music. It has originality. Personally I don't know anything about the music business, but for a few episodes I was having fun learning...so bring it on back! You teased us by airing promo's for episode 4. Now show it. I think you'll find it has a much stronger fan base next time around.
