Many Oc fans will be lost reducing the amount of viewers for the show. there is no way this show wil survive vey long with out marissa, marissa is the main drama of the show. it would be like Racheal leaving Friends.

Marrissa could have been written off with her character sailing with her dad. At least I would always know in the back of my mind that Marrissa could come back. I don't plan to watch the show as much as I did especially if it is up against Grey's Anatomy (which is moving to Thursdays @ 9:00 p.m.)
