i support this petition because marissa can't die. marissa and ryan are meant to be together. Mischa Barton was one of the main people that made me watch the show. she adds a lot of spice to the show.

I support this petition because Marissa is essential to the show and I will not watch it without her in it. I love Seth and Summer but the truth is Ryan and Marissa truly are the key to the show. I will not watch the show anymore without marissa.

By Killing off Marissa, your truely killing off the show. Everything major really centerd around Marissa. I mean think about it. What has the seth summer story line been for the past three seasons? Just weather they are together or not. Marissa brought life and excitement to the oc, more so than the other characters. And all the drama that Ryan was involved in. Yeah, baisicaly all dealing with marissa. If the OC wants to survive to season 5, Marissa must remain
because Marissa had no reason to die, she was going to leave on a boat anyway so why kill her?? Even if she leaves on the boat, maybe she will be in a few episodes, but if she is dead she is gone for ever!!!
As a fan who has never missed an episode, I am VERY pissed off. Nobody wants to see Kaitlin Cooper as the "star" of The OC. It's not right. I think they should save Marissa, it would be a great shocker on the season premiere if she's on life support or something..

I really think it will hurt the show for Marissa to be dead. She is one of the core four. I understand if Mischa wants to pursue other things but please don't let her character be dead. PLEASE!!
