She should at least live and go on that boat with her dad and then come back to the show to visit as a guest in some episodes!!! And that is at LEAST!!!!!!!!!! I think it is the stupidest thing i have ever seen killing off marissa the main character. Her and ryan are the main reason why i watched the show they belong together they have been through so much and still end up with eachother and there for eachother there pretty much the show and u killed it! im sorry if u and marissa have issues but get over it and stop being selfish and think of you billion loyal fans that are devestated right now! I have been watching The O.C from the very start. I was so shocked when I found out Marissa was going to die I still haven't seen it yet over in England but I cried and looked straight for a web page like this. At the end of the day Marissa is the O.C I might be moving to Calafornia because I love the O.C and because my dad might have to work out there. But Marissa is such an important character and has inspired people all over the world and have made people connect with the stuff she goes through.The O.C will fail without her and not be as good and that hurts me to say that as I am a true O.C fan. You have to bring her back some how because Marissa and Ryan are suppose to get married.!!!!!
