even if mischa barton wanted out, i dont understand why josh schwartz had to kill her off. send her off on her little boat, and have her come back every now and then but not be a main character. why kill her in one of most horrible ways to die... a car accident. poor marissa, the oc really beat the crap outta her for years.
I love watching the O.C., but if you take Marrisa off, I am afraid the ratings will drop dramatically, cause there wont b the core 4 anymore, and that's what makes the show what it is.
Marissa Cooper is my favorite character on the show, she kept it interesting. I have no interest in watching next season if she is not on. It was very disturbing.
I know i am a bit late but that isnt fair that Mischa is out of the O.C it wont be the same without her ! so ive quit watching now as there is no point x
I would rather Marissa be in Hawaii working on boats than killed off so horribly! She suffered so much unhappiness in her life that to kill her off afterwards was very cruel!
because although she's not my favorite character, we all KNOW that the show just wont work without mischa/marissa. 95% of ppl watch just for her, next year no ones gonna watch the show. i wont be surprised if its cancelled right away lol. cuz no ones gonna watch it.
I didn't mind the idea of Marissa being in Greece, but DEAD?!? What is that? I was not very happy. I have to say, "worst finale ever!" and I am obsessed with the show. I will still watch, but I won't have that same devotion. Now, if I miss it, I miss it. I say have her be alive, so there is at least the opportunity to a cameo.
they should never have killed off Marissa, sending her away would've been the genius thing to do but killing her? She's like Juliet to Ryan's Romeo, you can't kill one off and not the other, it's either you keep them both on the show broken apart or keep them together.
