Make the RSPCA give Ashley her cat!

1. We want the RSPCA to recognise that Ringworm in another cat (not the cat Ashley bought) is not cause to put her cat down.

2. Should the RSPCA kill Ashley's cat, despite being fully paid for and not actually having any signs of Ringworm, we will boycott the RSPCA and no longer donate to the organisation.

3. We feel that seeing as though Ashley can provide a good home for this cat, and is willing to treat the cat of ringworm should it actually contract it, putting this cat down would be a senseless and needless act.

4. We are signing this petition in order to save an innocent cat from death, and to prevent anyone else from entering your premises, falling in love with an animal, paying for the animal, and then having their heart broken by being told their animal's sibling has contracted Ringworm, and as a precaution all animals in contact are being put down, despite being paid for and having a good home to go.

5. We feel the actions taken by the RSPCA are morally and ethically wrong, and we ask that Ashley can be given her cat so that it can be given the chance at life it deserves.

6 Days ago, I fell in love with a Kitten from the RSPCA. I paid for it in full that day, and was due to pick it up today after it had been desexed.
3 Days ago, I received a phone call from them saying that my kitten's brother had contracted Ringworm (a manageable and treatable skin fungal infection), and as a precaution my kitten (who had been in contact with the infected kitten) was going to be put down.
I protested, and managed to get my kitten an extra week of life because the manager has put my kitten into isolation to see if it develops signs of ringworm. If it does, they still want to put it down.
I am willing to take this kitten home, love it and nurture it, treat it for ringworm with the help of a vet should it actually contract it, but the RSPCA will not allow this.
I was under the impression that they wanted loving homes for their animals? I'm willing to give this kitten one.

By signing this petition, you may be able to help me save my kitten from death because of an easily treatable infection it may not even have.
