Nickalodeon has made many shows but Spongebob is the most popular of them all...BUT, they're planning to cancel it in 2008, and I won't let them cancel one of the greastest cartoons of all time! Plus I think they should bring the old crew back, and I mean the crew thet made seasons 1-3 classics, the new episodes are good and some of season 4's episodes have became classics("Where's Gary" and "Fear of a Krabby Patty" for example). But some of the episodes are just not classics. So lets make it so that season 5's episodes(and hopefuly season 10's episodes) even better.

Too bad douchebag. That yellow bastard has made 6 billion people highly miserable for 8 years and EVERY SINGLE FUKING PERSON detests that show HELL much, all from ages 1-100. It WILL be cancelled. I am a 35 year old woman and this truly is one of the only cartoons I feel that I can watch with my children. This cartoon is lighthearted and super funny. (I admit to watching even when they're gone :-) Some of the cartoons they make now are waaaaaay over my head let alone my childrens with all the "sarcasm" and "attitude" that they give the cartoon characters. Our family truly enjoy spongebob and just miss truly love especially the old episodes and truthfully, wnen spongebob isn't on we just turn the channel.

they can't get the old crew back because stephen went back to his ocean institution,and all the good writers like kaz,carl greenblatt,mark o hare and aaron springers ran off to billy and mandy and camp lazlo.i hate to say it but spongebob cannot be brought back,if it does then it's a miracle.

The show is an American institution by now! I can't believe the TV people are cancelling all the great shows--Teen Titans, SpongeBob, Fairly OddParents, and others... A CRYIN' SHAME!!!!

Please do not cancel Spongebob!!! IT is probably one of the only good shows on Nick ( ex. Fairly odd parents, Jimmy Neutron. ) Nick is being ruined, and Steven Hillenburg and the rest made it really funny.

I feel the webmaster of petition spot needs to fined heavily for allowing laws to be broken and for people lives to be put at risk.
