This is such an amazing show. I will really miss it. I owe all possible DVDs and have seen each episode more times than I can count! I don't know what I am going to do without it!

The sixth season was the real low point, the show's being revitalized now and it would be a shame to end when there's the opportunity of a whole new crowd watching. The story lines have been great and I believe that the cast and crew could do an amazing job with another season.

Given how sick we all are of what is REALLY going on in DC (on both sides of the aisle), The West Wing has given us a glimpse of what it COULD be like - with people of principle.
The story is at a point where great things are possible, give it more time to develop. And don't blame the show for the lousy time slot you put it in. Things may not have been great on Wednesday, but you knew you were dooming the show by moving it to Sunday. And then you blame the show because ratings tanked?
The West Wing has become a part of the American landscape. Don't give up on the show and the fans - try harder to make it work from your end.
Just get Aaron Sorkin back (in anyway possible- solid, liquid, gas, plasma. DO IT!)
And stick with the new president (whoever it may be) and you're sure to have great ratings!

This show has always had everything it needed to be one of the very best shows on television. The only thing it lacks now is a reasonable time slot. Give it a fresh start, new administration, new time slot and give it half a year, then make a decision.

exceptionally produced and directed, shows NBC has had in years. YOU blundered with the new time slot. The show is better than ever. The action and superb dialogue is what MILLIONS of us want and alot less of those stupid, boring reality shows. YOU have a proven winner. Just dummy-up and give it the time slot it deserves.
Why you would cancel the smartest show in television is beyond me. You have a good storyline, see it through.

Thsi show is still the most itelligent show on the air. It deals with real issues creativly and entertainingly. But most importantly it makes us think about what goes on behind the scenes of government beyond what we see on the news. Please save the West Wing. It is the only programme that I make the effort to watch EVERY week. Also, it is a glimmer of hope to what the President of the US COULD be, if things were slightly different i.e No Bush! The West Wing is the smrtest, most cerebral programme on television, and I love it!
