I support this petition. The West Wing has been the best program on TV for years and certainly should not lose it's time slot to low brow humor like Earl and the other nonsense that seems to be on every night.

I support this petition. Can't we just end the show going on in the real White House and keep The West Wing? Just want to tell you this has been my favorite show of all time. When you were on Wednesday nights, I had it written into my contract at work that I would not work overtime on Wednesdays, or on whatever day of the week The West Wing was being shown. The writing especially has blown me away from the first episode and in every show since. My thanks to all. And one last thought, I think this show could be picked up and re-done at anytime in the future, even 10 r 20 years from now, if Sam should decide to run for President.... I'll still watch.

There is so much potential for future episodes. It is unbelievable that you would end such a great show. Santos will make a great president. Everyone I talk to just can't believe it.
Put the show back on Wednesday nights. You have a fabulous cast and show. There are all sorts of stories lines to pursue. Bartlett after he leaves office. Josh and Donna (yuk, but it's here now) Josh in his new roll as COS, Sam as DCOS. Donna as the FLOTUS COS (can't you just see the sparks fly between her and Josh?) Look like Vinnick might switch parties. Oh there is a show I'd like to see. Oh and bring back Aaron Sorking. Well I can wish, can't I?

The show has finally put together a fine cast to replace the current characters. Why invest so much time to character development and then just throw it all away. What a waste.

Of course rating will not be what they were in season 3 or 4 - but they don't have anything that will draw as well out of the gate and certainly nothing with a fan base like this. I watched last night and thought the show was wonderful. This show finds ways to explain the complex issues that face our democracy through characters that we can care about. What could be better? Please! Let the show evolve and continue!
This show has to continue just like a new President has taken office. The new cast should carry on with new plots and circumstances. It is in the best interest of all people who have the slightest interest in politics to have a show of this caliber carry through until those of us who have been
a fan of this show from the first episode till now, can carry on watching great programs of this type. The country or the world situations carry on and we must all be kept aware, even if the show is "fictional" to have a place to watch and understand what politics and diplomacy really is. DO NOT LET YOUR FANS DOWN. CARRY THIS SHOW ON!
