If your like me you know thats not possible, what with school sports,part time jobs etc.The study assessed the impact of sleep loss after the start of school on performance and mood and examined the relationship of weekday to weekend sleep in adolescents. All students performed better in the afternoon than in the morning. Students in early morning classes reported being wearier, less alert and having to expend greater effort.
Changing school start times could solve potential solutions to this problem and by giving standardised tests later in the day.
