I support this petition. I was one of those that believe Scott was guilty from the beginning. But, after reading the site with alllll the testimony, the entire trial. I believe there is enough doubt to say he could be innocent. Laci and Conner deserve the truth. What convinced me was the timeline on scottpetersonappeal . com, read all the info, and then the challenge....if you think he is guilty...take the challenge. You can tell the difference in the people that only have knowledge from tv, and the ones that actually read the witness\' testimony...the truth..not just what media reports on.

I have read quite a bit of information about Laci and Conner. I'm sorry but I believe Scott to be GUILTY! Too many reasons to list why.

There are far too many coincidences for Scott Peterson to not be guilty. It shows how smart of a killer he is that so many morons think he innocent. It's funny how good looking people have to be good simply because they are physically attractive. And as for divorcing Lacy, it would have made him look bad. Clearly he felt he was going to get away with murder ... it's better to be the grieving widower than the husband who divorced his pregnant wife. Remember, it was Lacy who wanted a baby, not Scott. Do you think he wanted to pay child support for a kid he didn't want? And what money was there for Lacy's mom to inherit? And how would she have managed to commit the crime? Also, how would she know to put the body where Scott said he was fishing? He only said he was there so that if he was seen in the area (when dumping the body), he had an excuse to be seen there. And why was he going to run if he was innocent? It amazes me how many ignorant people there are in this country. America may be the greatest country on earth, but it has one of the worst societies since it produces pea brains like those who think Scott Peterson is innocent.

i watched this as close as anyone, i have read every book on him..there was so much out ther that alot of ppl don't know... he doesn't need to get death , he needs to live out his life , with picutres of lacy and a baby boy plasterd all over is walls and during the nite hearing the sounds of a new born crying... After reading the book Presumed Guilty, I have come to the conclusion that he is yet another innocent man. I still do not know why his attorney did not bring the 6 witnesses forward

I have a degree in Forensics and from the evidence and they eye witness of the neighbors, he is not guilty. When the news started a compared him to O.J., they made an example. Another way our goverment abuses our common law system. Now we have a jury member on national T.V., talking with Mr. Peterson via letters to prison, come on...how funny is that..but she swears by her guilty plea and claims Mr. Peterson will confess, such horse crap, bottom line he was used as a pawn for example plain and simple... Thanks
