We, the undersigned are requesting the designation of space in Sara Roosevelt park for use as a dog park. We believe this will be promoting responsible pet ownership throughout the lower east side... and will enhance a healthy sense of community. More importantly, it will attract responsible adults -- and hence safety -- that is much needed at Sara Roosevelt.

We completely support the efforts of the Sara D Roosevelt Dog Park Association and NYCdog to establish a dog park at SDR Park.
