Drunks, addicts and vagrants currently inhabit the park with their drug paraphernalia and make-shift homes. They are repeatedly arrested and rearrested for illegal conduct in Sara D. Roosevelt Park. This siutation will dissappate as the Park becomes utilized more responsibly by dedicated dog people!
