There are a number of reasons cosmetics companies NEED to safety seal ALL their products. The most important being health concerns. There are too many people out there who test unsealed cosmetics then put them back on the shelves. Do you really want to buy a used eye liner and end up with pink eye or something worse from the person(s) who used it in the store then put it back on the shelf? I sure don't! And it's annoying to go to the store for a specific product only to find the last one left has been messed with by some rude person! Once there are enough names on this petition, I will be sending it to various cosmetics companies (Maybelline, Rimmel, CoverGirl, Almay ect.) to let them know consumers are NOT happy with the lack of safety seals on their products!

It's disgusting how many people test products. They should all be sealed to discourage people from testing them!

I won't buy products that aren't sealed! Please seal them. It would be really helpful if testers were more readily available for ALL the products.

Nothing is worse that standing in the cosmetics aisle watching some weirdo swipe the makeup all over themselves and put it back. SEAL YOUR GOODS!

Please seal your cosmetics. I would be willing to pay more for a cosmetic that is sealed, just to ensure that it is clean. I am paying for quality, and unsealed comsetics do not represent that.

All cosmetics should come sealed. I am sick of purchasing cosmetics and coming home to find them used. Testers will save you money from returns and save your customers' time and money, which will only gain you repeat business.

I am surprised that more cosmetics do not come sealed. I have found used cosmetics so many times, it's absolutely disgusting.

Unsealed products are more likely to get damaged/opened before being sold. This costs companies more money to replace them. And if prices are raised to compensate, customers will have to pay more which I personally won't for unsealed products.

Offer testers for ALL of your products -- then SEAL the products to be purchased ... wouldn't we all benefit from this? There'd be less merchandise returned to YOU, as we would be able to truly see the product shades prior to purchasing them, and we could rest easy knowing that ours were the only hands that touched your merchandise upon buying them. SEAL YOUR PRODUCTS, PLEASE!

When we see a product that was tampered with, we don't buy it and you are losing money. If you seal your products it would benefit you as well as your consumer.
